Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Danielle.
The 50-year-old was last seen in Notting Hill on 30 November.
Danielle may be travelling in a grey Toyota Kluger and may be wearing a yellow dress.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she requires regular medication.
Police have released an image of Danielle in the hope someone recognises her.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Oakleigh police station on 9567 8900.
