Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing New South Wales man William Wade, Victoria Police say.
The 50-year-old was last seen leaving his home address on Gray Street in Tweed Heads to travel to Shepparton to visit his mother on 22 September.
Police and family have concerns for William as he is required to attend hospital every few days for dialysis due to a medical condition.
William intended using public transport to travel to Shepparton.
Police have released an image of William in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights William is urged to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
