Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing person Trystien Colwell, Victoria Police say.
The 33-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Epping shortly after 3pm on 9 May.
Trystien is described as about 185cms tall with a fair complexion, thin build, red hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket with yellow print on the front and black skinny jeans.
Police have concerns for Trystien’s welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that requires hospilisation.
Investigators have released an image of Trystien in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Trystien is asked to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
