Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Tahara woman Lisa.
It's believed the 40-year-old left her rural property on foot, west of Hamilton, on Friday 3 April.
She left behind her phone, vehicle and all personal possessions.
Police and family have concerns for Lisa's welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
There have been reports Lisa may have been in the Wallacedale and Portland areas in recent days however this information has not been able to be confirmed at this point in time.
An extensive search was conducted of the area surrounding her home by uniform police, Air Wing, Dog Squad and State Emergency Services volunteers however no sign of Lisa was located.
A search was also conducted of the Wallacedale area on Monday and Tuesday after a sighting was reported, which was also unsuccessful.
Lisa is described as 155cm tall, with long black hair and a thin build.
It's not known what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
