Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Chloe Files.
The 13-year-old was last seen about 4.40pm today riding a green mountain bike on Watson Road in Gisborne South.
She is described as 150cm tall, slim build, brown hair with faded rainbow colours and has a nose ring and braces.
Chloe was wearing a purple tie-dyed t-shirt, black shorts, had a black backpack and may have been headed to Riddells Creek or Kyneton.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
An image of Chloe has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Chloe is urged to contact Gisborne Police Station on 5428 2500.
