Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Eumemmerring teenager Chloe Sutcliffe.
The 15-year-old was last seen at her home in Eumemmerring on Wednesday 25 November.
Police and family have concerns for Chloe's welfare due to her age.
Chloe is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165cm tall with a slim build and blonde hair.
Police have released an image of Chloe in the hope someone may have information
on her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Chloe whereabouts is asked to contact Endeavour Hills Police Station on 9709 7666.
