Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jacob Calder.
The 14-year-old was last seen leaving his St Albans address about 7pm on 24 August.
Police and family hold concerns for Jacob's welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Jacob is described as being about 170cm tall with a thin build and short, wavy, blond hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit pants and black Nike runners.
Jacob is known to frequent the Manor Lakes, Altona, Braybrook and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Jacob in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
