Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton South teenager Jaylen Kentwell.
The 13-year-old was last seen at his Cheshire Avenue home about 6.30am this morning.
Police hold concerns for Jaylen's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Jaylen is known to frequent the Melton South and Preston areas.
Police have released an image of Jaylen in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jaylen is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
