Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Luke Rafter, Victoria Police say.
Luke was last seen at a residential address in Frankston on the 30 November 2017.
Luke is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 177cm tall, black short wavy hair with a thin build.
He is known to frequent the Frankston, Rosebud and Cranbourne areas.
The below image of Luke has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
