Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Bendigo teen, Talun Ison.
The 15-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Mercy Street, Bendigo on Tuesday 13 October.
Police and family hold concerns for Talun due to his age and a medical condition.
It is believed he may be travelling to Melbourne with another missing person, Jake Fell.
Talun is known to frequent the Jacarna area.
Police have released an image of Talun in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Talun or with information is urged to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
