Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Bella.
The 13-year-old was last seen in Dandenong North about 3pm on 3 January.
She is described as 150cm tall with long black hair and was last seen wearing a black dress and was carrying a duffel bag.
Bella may be in the Werribee area.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Anyone who sights Bella is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
