Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Claudia Walters, Victoria Police say.
The 17-year-old Castlemaine teenager was last seen on 14 June 2018.
She was due to board a train to attend a TAFE course about 7.40am however she did not arrive.
Police have serious concerns for her welfare due to her age and she has a medical condition for which she requires medication.
She is perceived to be Caucasian, with a thin build and shoulder-length blonde/brown hair.
She was last seen wearing black legging, pink fluffy woollen jacket with a zip hood, white runners and a black backpack with multi-colours.
Police believe Claudia in the Geelong area.
Anyone who sights Claudia or has information on her current whereabouts is urged to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
