Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ringwood North teenager Harry.
The 16-year-old was last seen at an address Ringwood North about 11am on Wednesday 26 May.
Harry is Caucasian about 170cm tall with an average build and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt with a golden eagle print on the front, green shorts and black New Balance runners.
Police and family hold concerns for Harry's welfare due to his age and as he has a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Harry in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Harry is urged to contact Ringwood Police Station on 9871 3000.
