Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Chloe.
The 15-year-old was last seen on Parkwood Way in Traralgon about 7pm on Thursday, 28 October.
It's believed she may be travelling to New South Wales.
Police and family hold concerns for Chloe as her disappearance is out of character.
Chloe was last seen wearing a black Under Armour hoodie, dark navy blue shorts and blue and white Nike sneakers.
Police have released an image of Chloe and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
