Police are appealing for the community's assistance to help locate missing woman Karen.
The 51-year-old left her Warrnambool home on foot about 11am today.
Police and family hold concerns for Karen's welfare as her disappearance is extremely out of character.
Karen was last seen wearing a long grey jacket and black pants.
She is known to frequent the Cannon Hill and Lake Pertobe areas.
Investigators have released an image of Karen in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Karen is urged to call Warrnambool Police Station on 5560 1333.
