Police are appealing for public assistance to help find missing woman Chantelle Choueiri.
The 27-year-old was last seen at a medical facility in Epping about 6am yesterday, 23 September.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Chantelle in the hope someone recognises her and is able to provide information on her whereabouts.
Chantelle is Caucasian in appearance with a medium build and long brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a brown hooded jumper, black leggings and black runners.
Anyone who sees Chantelle is urged to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
