Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Lilydale woman, Vanessa.
The 44-year-old was last seen in Main Street, Lilydale about 2pm on 16 November.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
She is Caucasian, about 177cm tall, slim build with long brown hair.
Vanessa may be travelling in a 1999 white Toyota Hiace with registration 1BS-9RM.
Investigators have released an image of Vanessa in the hope someone can provide information on her whereabouts.
