Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 43-year-old Rochelle Christy, Victoria Police say.
Rochelle was last seen in Brunswick on Monday 24 October.
Investigators hold concerns for her welfare due to ongoing health issues.
Police have released an image of Rochelle in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Rochelle is described as being about 160cm tall, medium build with brown shoulder-lenght hair.
Anyone with information on her current whereabouts is urged to call Traralgon police on 5172 2700.
