Police search for Shepparton masturbator

Police are investigating after a man followed a woman while masturbating in Shepparton earlier this month.

The male offender walked closely behind the 42-year-old victim at the intersection of Gowrie Street and Balaclava Road about 11am on Friday, 12 November.

When the woman looked back at the offender, he has started touching himself.

The man has then walked away and was last seen heading south along King Street.

Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, with a tall thin build, blue eyes, large nose, emaciated cheeks, short sandy wispy hair and short facial hair.

He was wearing a black baggy jacket with a hood, blue/grey tracksuit pants and white runners.
