Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Skye-Lee Hills, Victoria Police say.
The 17-year-old was last seen in Sutton Street, Delacombe, at 7pm on 7 June.
She was wearing a black jacket and white pants.
Skye-Lee is described as between 155-160cm tall with bleached blonde short hair.
Police and Skye-Lee’s family hold concerns for her safety due to her age and has an intellectual disability that requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Skye-Lee in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Skye-Lee is urged to call Ballarat Police Station on (03) 5336 6000 or Crime Stoppers.
