Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hawthorn man Yinchuan Yu.
Yinchuan, who is also known as Tom, was last seen at a care facility in New Street, Hawthorn about 2.30pm yesterday.
Police and family have concerns for the 62-year-old as he requires regular medication.
Yinchuan was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and grey track pants.
Investigators have release an image of Yinchuan in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
