Police are currently at a premise in Seaford to search for a man wanted for serious offences.
About 8.30am Friday 5 July police attended a home on Willow Court to search for a man wanted for serious offences. It is believed the man is by himself inside the premises and police are negotiating with him.
Police are asking people to avoid the area as some restrictions are in place. If you are a resident within this area police ask that you please stay indoors while emergency services are at the scene.
Police don't believe there is any threat to other members of the public.
