Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 14-year-old boy reported missing from the Caboolture area since September 10.
The boy (pictured) was last seen leaving an address on Bradman Street around 5pm however has not been heard from since.
Police hold concern for his welfare due to his young age, and his disappearance being out of character.
He is described as Pacific Islander, around 160cm tall with a solid build, short black hair and brown eyes.
The boy was last seen wearing black shorts and a green singlet.
Anyone who may have seen the boy or know his whereabouts is urged to come forward.
