Police seek help to find missing boy at Woree

Police are seeking help from the community to locate a boy reported missing from Woree since Tuesday.

The 12-year-old boy attended a Woree educational facility on Tuesday, August 24, however failed to return home.

Police now hold concerns for his welfare.

He is described as an Aboriginal boy, around 160cm tall and of a solid build. The boy has brown hair and green eyes.

He was last seen wearing a maroon shirt and shorts, black shoes with a white bottom and carrying a dark blue Puma backpack.

The boy or anyone who knows his whereabouts is encouraged to come forward to police.
