Police seek help to find missing boy Oliver Byrne

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Oliver Byrne.

The 14-year-old Ivanhoe boy last spoke with a family member about 8.30pm on 5 April.

Police and family members hold concerns for Oliver's welfare due to his age.

An image has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.

Oliver is described as being approximately 168cm tall, of medium build with long blonde hair.

It is believed that he may be in the Healesville or Kilsyth areas.

Anyone who sights Oliver or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
