Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl reported missing from the Ipswich area on 4 July.
The girl, pictured, was last seen at Brassall on 21 June and last made contact on 4 July when she was in the Redcliffe area.
Police hold concerns for the girl's welfare due to the amount of time she has been missing.
She is Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall, with a slim build, and brown hair with pink roots.
The girl was last seen wearing a white crop top and denim shorts.
Police are appealing to the girl or anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Policelink.
