Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl missing from Highworth (Nambour area) since Friday, 17 April.
The girl, pictured, was last seen at a Nambour Mapleton Road address about 11am. She has not been seen since.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
The girl is described as First Nations, approximately 150cm tall, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes. She has tattoos on her collarbone and neck.
It is believed she may be in the Gold Coast area.
Police are appealing to the girl or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward.
