Police are requesting community assistance to locate a 14-year-old girl reported missing from Maroochydore.
The girl was last heard from on August 10. Police and family hold concern for her welfare due to her age and she suffers from a medical condition.
The girl is described as Caucasian, about 165cm tall, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about her location is urged to contact police.
