Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl reported missing from West Gladstone on 16 June.
The girl (pictured) is described as Caucasian, with a proportionate build, black hair and is approximately 150cm tall.
Family and police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and a medical condition.
Police are urging the girl or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to come forward.
