Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 17-year-old girl reported missing from West Mackay.
The girl (pictured) was last seen at Nebo Road on 3 October and has not been seen by friends or family since.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
The girl is described as Caucasian, approximately 150cm tall, with a proportionate build and dark hair.
Anyone with information about the girl's location is urged to contact police.
