Police are seeking public assistance to locate an 82-year-old man last seen in Aitkenvale on Sunday, 14 June.
David Townsend was last seen at a Charlotte Street house about 5.30pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that may cause confusion.
David is Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall, with a slim build, a slouched stance and a bald head.
He was last seen wear a blue and yellow striped shirt, shorts and white joggers.
David may be travelling in a white 2017 White Holden Captiva bearing Queensland registration 964XSD.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who may see David or have information about his whereabouts to contact police.
