Police are seeking public assistance to locate 37-year-old Matthew Urquhart, reported missing from Caboolture on Tuesday, June 14.
Matthew was last seen in Smith Street, Mooloolaba around 12pm today, June 16.
Police and family hold concerns for his safety due to an ongoing mental health concern.
Matthew is described as Caucasian, about 185cm in height, with a proportional build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are asking Matthew to make contact. Anyone who knows his whereabouts are asked not to approach him and to contact police.
