Police seek help to find missing man at Annerley 13 September

Police are asking for public assistance to help locate 59-year-old David Chique (pictured) missing from Annerley this afternoon.

He's believed to have left a Juliette Street dwelling just after 4.30pm today, Tuesday September 13 on foot, with plans to travel to Victoria Point.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition which causes disorientation, communication difficulties and a lack of awareness for his safety, especially around roads. Motorists are urged to drive with caution in and around the area.

David is described as Caucasian, 175cm tall with a proportionate build with a white and grey beard. He has balding grey hair and is wearing a grey t-shirt, black track suit pants and slippers.

His right arm is covered in a large white bandage.

Residents in Annerley and surrounds are asked to check under their houses, in sheds and carports for signs of David.

Anyone with information on David's whereabouts is urged to come forward, particularly motorists who may have seen David or given him a lift.
