Logan police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help find a man missing in the Springwood area since the weekend.
Police hold concerns for the safety and wellbeing of a 89-year-old Brian Perkins who was last seen on foot on Barbaralla Drive around 11.30am on Saturday February 11.
Brian has a medical condition and may be confused and have communication difficulties.
Police have searched the area extensively however Brian remains missing.
He is described as Caucasian, 170cm tall with grey balding hair and a slim build.
Anyone who has seen Brian or has any information which could assist with this investigation into his disappearance is urged to immediately contact police.
