Police seek help to find missing man at Beaudesert

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 97-year-old man reported missing from Beaudesert.

Derrick Parkins (pictured) was last seen at an address on Parker Court at around 10pm last night and has not been seen by friends or family since.

Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition and can become confused or disorientated.

Mr Parkins is described as Caucasian, and is approximately 172cm tall, of a slim build, balding with short grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a button-up shirt of unknown colour, black dress pants, black dress shoes and a trilby hat.

Anyone who sees Mr Parkins is urged to contact police.
