Police seek help to find missing man at Bohle Plains

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 49-year-old man reported missing from Bohle Plains.

Jeffrey Bratt (pictured), was last seen at an address in on February 22 and reported missing to police on March 5.

Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.

Mr Bratt is described as Caucasian in appearance, is approximately 183cm tall, of a medium build with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing navy blue shorts and no shirt.

Preliminary investigations indicate he may be travelling in a silver, 2008 Ford Territory (similar to pictured) with Queensland registration 009-WXR.

Anyone with information on Mr Bratt's location is urged to contact police.
