Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 21-year-old man reported missing from Browns Plains since 16 November.
Hughie Dynevor, pictured, was last seen at an address on Erin Drive, Browns Plains and has not been seen since.
Police and family have serious concerns for Hughie's welfare due to an ongoing medical condition.
He is described as approx 180cm tall, with short black hair and slim build.
He was last seen wearing yellow shorts and a navy-blue t-shirt.
He is know to visit areas across South Brisbane and Brisbane City.
Police are appealing for Hughie, or anyone with information about his whereabouts, to immediately come forward.
