Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 66-year-old Esk man reported missing this morning.
Nigel Sirl (pictured below) was last seen at 9pm last night (March 27) at a Cedar Avenue address.
Police believe Nigel, left the address in the early hours of this morning; however, he has not been seen or heard from since.
A search operation is currently underway in nearby bushland and properties, as this behaviour is out of character for Nigel.
Police are appealing for anyone in the Esk community to check their properties, including their sheds.
Nigel is described as Caucasian, about 175cm tall with light brown hair and grey eyes. He was last seen wearing navy shorts and black shoes.
Police are appealing for Nigel or anyone that may have sighted him to contact police.
