Police are seeking public assistance to locate 37-year-old Travis Peck, reported missing from the Ipswich area since September 9.
He was last seen at an address on Karina Street om Gailes however has not been heard from since.
Police and family hold concern for his welfare as he suffers a medical condition.
Travis is described as Caucasian with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of cartoon characters on his upper left arm and has an injury to his left ear.
It is possible Travis may be travelling in his vehicle, a silver 2006 Subaru Liberty Wagon (similar to pictured) with Queensland registration 565ZMB.
Anyone who may have seen him or know his whereabouts it urged to come forward.
