Police are asking the community to help find a Cedar Creek man reported missing after failing to return from a medical appointment at Samford yesterday.
Maxwell Morrison was last seen leaving a Morrison Road residence at Cedar Creek around 1.30pm and did not return home.
The 81-year-old is believed to be driving a white 2004 Nissan Navara single cab utility with Queensland registration 195HPL.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has not made contact with family and friends.
