Have you seen Samuel?
Police are seeking urgent assistance to locate a 35-year-old man missing from Toowoomba.
Samuel Scott (pictured) was last seen at 5.30am on Eton Street, Cambooya on Friday, May 1 and has not been heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for Mr Scott's safety as he suffers from a medical condition.
He is described as having a light complexion, is 178cm tall with a proportionate build, light brown hair and hazel eyes.
Samuel was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and red shorts.
Police are appealing for anyone who may know Samuel's whereabouts to come forward.
