Police are appealing for assistance to help locate a 26-year-old man reported missing from Wynnum.
Jefferson Schwenk (pictured) was last seen at midday yesterday leaving a Banoon Drive address and has not been heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his safety as he has a medical condition and this behaviour is out of character.
Jefferson is a Pacific Islander and described as approximately 170cm tall with a proportionate build, black hair and brown eyes.
He is driving a maroon 2012 Toyota Camry with Queensland registration 096WBD.
Anyone with information or knows his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
