Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Doncaster East man Graeme Canning.
The 81-year-old was last seen at his residence on Blackburn Road about 6.30pm yesterday.
Police and family members hold concerns for Graeme's welfare due to his age a medical condition that requires medication.
An image of Graeme has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Graeme was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt, grey track suit pants and brown sandals.
Investigators believe he may be headed to the Sunshine and Broadmeadows areas.
Anyone who sees Graeme or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Doncaster Police Station on 8841 3999.
