Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Lieu Ngo.
The 44-year-old was last seen leaving Finch Street, Doncaster East about 6pm on 8 December.
He may be travelling in a grey Toyota Hilux registered LNPD07.
Police and family have concerns for Lieu's welfare as he has a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Lieu the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Lieu is urged to call Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
