Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Jacinta Clayton.
Jacinta was last seen in the Traralgon area on 22 October.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Investigators have release an image of Jacinta in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Chloe is asked to contact Traralgon Police Station on 03 5172 2700.
