Police seek help to find missing teen Jemma Fielding

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton West teenager Jemma Fielding.

The 14-year-old was last seen in Station Road, Melton about 5.50pm on Thursday 16 May.

Police and family have concerns for Jemma's welfare due to her age.

An image of Jemma has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information about her whereabouts.

Jemma is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 160cm tall with a thin build, brown wavy hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a blue hooded jumper, black jeans and black runners.

She is known to frequent Melton, Woodgrove Shopping Centre in Melton West, along with Taylors Lakes, Footscray, Sunshine Werribee and Melbourne CBD.

Anyone who sees Jemma or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 03 9747 7999.
