Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Muhammed Ahmed.
The 15-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Maple Court, Campbellfield about 4pm on Friday 8 November.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character and released the below image in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Muhammed is described as 170cm tall with a slim build, short straight black hair and some stubble facial hair.
He was last seen wearing black skinny jeans.
Anyone who sees Muhammed or with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Fawkner Police Station on 9355 6000.
