Police seek help to find missing woman at Cairns 19 September

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a missing 83-year-old woman from Cairns.

Pamela Bartlet-Smith was last seen leaving a medical facility on The Esplanade, Cairns North around 10am this morning and has not been seen since.

Family and police are concerned for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition that causes Pamela to become disorientated.

Pamela is described as Caucasian, approximately 150cm tall, thin, with long grey hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing long dark pants, a white shirt and carrying a brown bag.

Anyone who has information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
