Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 28-year-old woman missing from Logan since yesterday evening, September 1.
Anna Necklen is believed to have left a hospital at the intersection of Armstrong Road and Loganlea Road sometime between 5pm and 9pm Monday and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to a health condition.
Anna is described as between 150cm to 160cm tall, with a slim build and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing grey pyjama pants with black hearts on them, a black t-shirt with a photo of the band 'The Beatles' on it, no shoes and carrying a green cooler bag.
Anyone who may have seen Anna, including anyone with information of her current whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
