Police seek help to find missing woman at Slacks Creek

Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate a woman missing from Slacks Creek.

Cara Wylie aged 35 (pictured below), was last seen at her Atkinson Street home by her mother on September 17 but has not been seen or heard from since.

Family and police are concerned for Ms Wylie's welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.

Ms Wylie is described as Caucasian, about 180cm tall with black hair and brown eyes. She also has a distinctive angel tattoo on her upper left arm (pictured below).

Anyone who may have seen Ms Wylie or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
